The item is comprised of a pencil plan of the main hall and porch. Spot heights have been transferred on, and a pencilled annotation says that they are in millimetres above sea level. The item is inset with a rough plan of the house showing the main divisions and a partial elevation of the west hall showing the plan levels. The senior architect was B. Field and the job architect was B. Clark. It was surveyed by 'JC and BAM' and drawn by 'BAM.'
