St Mary's Church, West Walton
St Mary's Church, West Walton, Norfolk PE14 7ES
This large parish church dates from the early 13th century, with a separate bell tower of the same date. Both are in Early English style but with Norman influence, as seen in their dog-tooth decoration. The interior has a 15th-century hammer-beam roof with carved figures, along with medieval polychrome decoration on the walls of the clerestory and the arcade piers.
