Kensal Green Cemetery, currently included on Historic England's Heritage at Risk (HAR) register, was laid out in 1832 and is the oldest of the 'Magnificent Seven' cemeteries. It is the only one that is still managed by the original commercial company, The General Cemetery Company, that founded it and this does add to its significance.

Greenwich Mean Time (from the date the clocks go back): · Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm · Sunday 10am - 5pm · Bank Holidays 10am - 1.30pm British Summer Time (from the date the clocks go forward): · Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm · Sunday 10am - 6pm · Bank Holidays 10am - 1.30pm Weather conditions - if strong winds between 45-55mph or higher are predicted, the cemetery will close without notice for health and safety reasons.

30 spaces in the Crematorium car park. Cars may also park along one side of cemetery roads, leaving sufficient space for vehicle to pass.
