Workers' Institute, Holme Head Works, Carlisle, Cumbria

The reading room and coffee tavern built in 1881 by George Dale Oliver at the corner of North Street and Bridge Terrace for the workers at the Holme Head Works is a two-storeyed octagonal brick building. It is now used as offices.
