Union Jack Club, 91A Waterloo Road, Lambeth, Greater London

The Union Jack Club was founded in 1907 as a place for servicemen to stay while in London and was heavily used during both world wars. The photograph, taken for 'Orient Line' (Orient Steam Navigation Company), shows part of the original building when its address was 91A Waterloo Road, later demolished and replaced with a new building on the junction of Waterloo Road with Sandell Street.
