Riggs Hall, Shrewsbury, Shropshire

This building probably dates from 1500. It is likely to have been one of the original buildings used by Shrewsbury School. The school was founded in 1552. In 1627-30 a second school building was added at right angles, to form an L-shape with Rigg's Hall.
