Nos 1 & 2 Warehouses, North Hudson Docks, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear

The Barra Head moored against the 1 & 2 warehouses. No 1 is five storeys and was built in 1856-8 by John Dobson. No 2, 'The New Granary', was built in 1864 by W Scott & T Meik and is six storeys. Both had arched loading bays giving access to the harbour side. They were demolished in 1992.
