Lewes Castle, Lewes, East Sussex
The castle gate of Lewes Castle in East Sussex. The castle dates back to circa 1100. The two turrets above the entrance (one missing in this photograph) were added in the late 13th century by John de Warenne, 7th Earl of Surrey.
