Hallow School, Hallow, Worcestershire
This school building was built in 1857 in a 'High Victorian Gothic' style of architecture. The school itself was founded in 1712 by Bishop Lloyd, with part of the money left by Anne Bull, a local benefactress, who died 1707. She left money to purchase land to provide the endowment for schools in Hallow, Grimley and Madresfield. The earlier school had fallen into decay by the early 19th century and the present school was built with money from the rent from Anne Bull's lands.
