Sixty-seven sheets dating from the 1920s to 2003. The earliest included is a 1920s tracing of a plan from an 1891 excursion programme. Other sheets from the 1920s and early 1930s relate to surveys of the north-east tower, the keep, the Prince's Tower and the garderobe in the north-east curtain. There are also drawings of the bridge over the moat from 1933.
There are plans for reproduction from 1932, 1955, and the 1960s, and a revised version of the 1955 sheet amended to 1981. A number of drawings from 1939 relate to new oak and wrought iron gates for the castle's gatehouse.
Later drawings include sheets relating to the turret from 1961 and 1966, an electrical drawing from 1970 and a site display plan from 1975. There are several elevations from either the late 1970s or early 1980s, and some rectified photography from 1985.
Also included are drawings from the 1980s showing a new ticket office, sales office and visitor centre. The most recent sheets are from 2003 and show a proposed extension for the shop.
Sheets MP/MIC0043 and MP/MIC0044 have been removed, therefore the numbers are available for re-use.
