Ninety-four sheets relating to Bolingbroke Castle and its grounds, ranging in date from 1905 to February 2005. The sheets include maps, plans, sections, working sketch plans and a masonry repair schedule.
A group of nineteen sheets form a topographic survey of the site from 1983, comprising fifteen sheets at 1:100 scale and four photographically reduced to 1:200.
Twenty-six sheets comprise sections of the castle walls and towers produced for the Trust for Lincolnshire Archaeology in 1987, and there are ten sheets of original working sketches for these sections.
Twenty sheets represent a masonry repair schedule prepared by English Heritage in 1988. These sheets include copies of many of the sections produced by the Trust for Lincolnshire Archaeology.
