An album of 113 pages containing 295 prints. The album is portrait with cream coloured leaves through otherwise of similar form to the other blue albums.
The majority of the album shows the excavations in the moat. The last page contains more general views used in Archaeologia Cantiana (1971). The excavations were published in two articles in Archaeologia Cantiana that are referenced at this level. The excavations shown took place in 1963 and 1966, some prints can not be clearly assigned to either date and so the photographs are dated to the span. Certain bridge timbers can however be identified as excavated in the summer season of 1966 and so these are assigned a date range between May and October of that year The majority of the photographs in the album are duplicates with two copies of most of the prints being included. These duplicates are identified in the scope and content of each item
