Description
The collection contains various reports and other documents collected by the National Archaeological Record. Officers of the Record acquired these documents during site visits and research from about 1963 onwards. Items in the collection date from 1817 to 1992 and they primarily comprise reports of archaeological excavations in England. A handlist is available.
Archival History
The collection was transferred to NMR Archives in 2010.
